VILLA DORA
Villa Dora is a wonderful location from which you can enjoy a splendid view of Conero Mount and the Adriatic coast, located in the historic center of Numana, just a few steps from the square and front gardens, adjacent to the staircase that connects to the beach below.
The Villa is about 200sqm, with private parking for one car, and luxurious finishing, it is completely frescoed in the rooms and features coffered ceilings finished with filming in gold leaf, in addition to the fine marble "inlaid carpet" of all floors including bathrooms: antique or in style furnishings.
The Villa offers a beautiful garden with PRIVATE POOL (and outdoor shower), outdoor piped music system, sun beds and outdoor kitchen with a gazebo.
Furthermore, Villa Dora is characterized by the following:
- a piped music system present not only in the garden outside, as mentioned, but also throughout the rest of the house;
- tv in every room;
- air condition;
- n. 1 double bedroom with a private bathroom, with n. 2 terraces with views of the gardens, Conero Mount and sea view;
- n.1 bedroom with two double beds of which one double bed placed on a mezzanine accessible by convenient staircase and a private bathroom with bath tub, terrace with pool and sea view;
- n.1 covered terrace by a gazebo, situated on the top floor, as shown in the photo attachments, where there are comfortable sofas and from where you can admire the whole sea panorama that sweeps from Conero Mount to the south of the Adriatic coast;
- n. 2 hand decorated kitchens: an inner and an external adjacent to the pool that is under a gazebo where there is a dining table (which can also be availed in case of rain);
- walls covered with precious cloth;
- windows with elegant curtains and valances antique in gold leaf;
- furnishings mostly original neoclassical;
- outdoor pool with water games;
- fountain;
- garden with automatic irrigation system.
The whole location is perfectly restored both internally and externally.
The lease includes the supply of bed linen + 1 set of towels per person: cleaning will be carried out before the check in and at the check out.
Upon request we can also provide these additional services:
- nearby private garage at the cost of € 20,00 per day;
- daily housekeeping (except for the cleaning of dishes in the kitchen);
- supply of additional linen, bathrobes included.
