The building features a Art Nouveau style and inside there are rooms (one with balcony) of various sizes (from 9 to 19 sq.m.) with shared bathrooms, including one room with a private bathroom.
Each room consists of: single bed, bedside table, desk and chair, wardrobe, bookshelf and TV and ADSL cable connection.
Large kitchen with two refrigerators and shared washing machine.
Prices: from 250 to 350 € per month depending on the room (400 € for the room with private bathroom) with water, electricity and gas costs included and an addition of 6 € for ADSL, except for the months from NOVEMBER 2023 UNTIL APRIL 2024 (INCLUDED), in which the costs of electricity and gas are borne by the tenant to the extent proportionally and equally divided among all tenants housed at the facility.
